What Makes Sewn Sails Bags Better?

• Hot Knife Cut: We take the time to hand cut each bag with a hot knife which melts the fabric edge to prevent unraveling. Other manufactures like to cut their fabric in bulk using an automatic knife. That saves time but the fabric edges tend to fray and unravel. The end result is the bag doesn't last long as it should.
  
  
• Double Sewn Seams: All seams are double sewn meaning their are 2 separate rows of stitching along every seam. Most bags you see have just a single stitch line. Sure it takes a little more time and material but you end up with a better quality bag.
  
  
• Tough Nylon Fabric: All of our sail storage bags are constructed from tough 420 denier polyurethane coated nylon oxford cloth.
  
  
• MADE IN USA: Each bag is individually hand made in our USA located sewing loft by skilled craftsmen.
