We do our best to ship your items the same day they are ordered. Please understand we make everything we sell. Their are some items, like sail ties, which can be made in advance of your order, packaged and placed in inventory. Most bags, particularly if you have specified a multitude of colors for your custom bag, will take a couple of days to put together. We will advise you if your order will be delayed. If you have a question about shipping time or are trying to meet a time constraint please let us know before or at least at the time you place your order.
We try to keep our shipping options very simple and inexpensive. Since most of the products we ship are small and weigh very little we ship mostly by USPS 1st Class Package as it is, most of the time, the cheapest way to get your purchase to you quickly. Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 days. We can ship by other methods as long as you are paying the shipping. If you have a shipping preference and we don't offer that option please contact us and we will get you a shipping quote.
RETURNS:
We very rarely have items returned. We do not offer free returns. You, the buyer, pay the return shipping. This is open for discussion if we have made a mistake with your order.
Custom bags in bizarre (non standard) color combinations ARE NOT RETURNABLE!
